At Mirchi By Kim, we want you to feel confident in every outfit; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
